BLUEFINS MAKE HISTORY AT THE 2025 HAMPSHIRE COUNTY CHAMPIONSHIPS 🏆💙

The 2025 Hampshire Age Group & Youth Championships will go down as one of the most successful in Bluefins’ history. Across three action-packed weekends, our swimmers produced an avalanche of medals, finals, PBs, and club records, with stand-out swims from our youngest 10-year-olds right through to our Performance athletes chasing British Champs times.

And to crown it all, Bluefins finished as the 3rd ranked club overall — our best-ever finish at Counties. This incredible result highlights the progress we’ve made as a club and underlines the depth of talent and teamwork across all our squads.

That Open Men’s 4x100m Freestyle Relay was especially memorable — with Coach Spencer diving in alongside Bradley, Piaras, and Oli S to help bring home a brilliant bronze medal for Bluefins. A true display of coach and swimmers racing shoulder to shoulder.

With the final races complete, Bluefins leave the Hampshire County Championships 2025 with one of our most successful tallies ever — medals, records, PBs, and a 3rd place overall club finish, the best in our history.

From our youngest 10-year-olds in their first Counties, to our Performance athletes chasing Nationals, to even our coaches diving in to race alongside the team — this was truly Bluefins swimming at its very best.
