Management Team

Running the operations of the club, it takes a wonderful team made up of many volunteers working alongside our administration and coaching team. Between us we have a vast amount of experience in the swimming world and the most current knowledge of good business practices, marketing, and social media, allowing us to provide the best opportunities for our members and drive the club forward.

The Trustees

 

As a registered charity, Basingstoke Bluefins is governed by a board of Trustees.

Their main role is to:

  • Formulate plans and policies to bring about the Club's objectives.

  • Support senior staff members

  • Ensure the Club is solvent and operates within budget.

  • Oversee and monitor the effectiveness of the appointed Management Committee.
