Together they bring a vast amount of experience across swimming, coaching, and club management, ensuring Bluefins remains safe, sustainable, and ambitious for the future. Our Management Team, Operations Team, and Trustees work side by side with one shared goal — to give every swimmer the best possible pathway and drive the club forward.

  Provides overall leadership and governance, ensuring the club continues to grow with vision and purpose.
   

• Ali Campbell — Administration - Admin@bbfsc.org
  The engine room of Bluefins, managing day-to-day operations and communications.
   

• Spencer Turner — Head of Swimming
  Drives the club’s coaching philosophy and squad structure, ensuring every swimmer has the opportunity to thrive.
   

• Water Polo Chairperson
  Oversees the thriving Water Polo section, guiding development from Academy through to Senior squads.
   

• Tony Bamberger — Head of Disability - sharks@bbfsc.org
  Leads the Sharks programme, building opportunities for swimmers with disabilities to succeed in and out of the pool.
   

Operations Team

• Lesley Dudman — Welfare Officer
  Safeguarding is at the heart of Bluefins — Lesley ensures a safe, welcoming environment for all members.
   

• Sarah Johnston — Officials Coordinator
  Ensures Bluefins continues to produce and support the officials who make licensed racing possible.
   

• Tom Forsey — Head of Tech Team
  Leads on systems and technology that support smooth, modern club operations.
   

• Kat Andrews — Volunteers Coordinator
  Connects and supports the volunteer base, ensuring families feel part of the Bluefins journey.
   

• Mandy Atton — Bookkeeper & Payroll
  Keeps the club’s finances accurate, transparent, and compliant.
   

• Darren McGregor — Fundraising & Sponsorship
  Builds partnerships and initiatives that help sustain and grow the club
