Swim England membership fees are invoiced annually, running from 1st Jan - 31st December.

The Swim England membership is an annual charge which the club collects and pays directly to Swim England on behalf of members. The fee covers the county, and region, central administration and support provided by Swim England, rankings and club insurance.
​
Basingstoke Bluefins Swimming Club do not receive any local subsidies. The Club is self funded through memberships and fundraising activities.
