Bluefins made their mark at the 🇬🇧 British Championships with standout swims from Rhys in the 1500m Freestyle (new club record), Ollie in the 200m Butterfly, and the boys’ 14–16yrs Medley Relay team. A week of determination, experience, and true Bluefins spirit on the national stage.

As another successful season came to a close, we celebrated the achievements of swimmers who have shown outstanding commitment, effort, and growth in their training.

Congratulations to Clara, who delivered an exceptional set of performances at the Irish National Age Group Championships. Taking on some of the best young distance swimmers in Ireland, Clara rose to the challenge in style. She was crowned National Champion in both the 1500m and 800m Freestyle, showing brilliant endurance, pacing, and determination across two demanding events.

A huge thank you to Winchester City Swimming Club for hosting such a fantastic Summer Scorcher meet to close out the season. It was the perfect way for our Bluefins squad to round off an amazing year of racing — full of fast swims, team spirit, and plenty of smiles.

It was another action-packed weekend for Bluefins as our swimmers competed across two end-of-season meets. With athletes racing at both Portsmouth Northsea Swimming Club and Rushmoor Royals Swimming Club, it was a brilliant display of the club’s depth, pathways, and team spirit.
