METHOD
• Pre heat the oven to 180c/gas mark 4
• Place the peanut butter and melted chocolate into a bowl and mix together with a wooden spoon
• Add the vanilla extract and a half of the flour mix with electric hand whisk
• Add the rest of the flour and mix in the mixture should be crumbly
• Then using your hands mould the mixture into small balls you may need to add a few tablespoons of milk if the mixture is too dry or if you prefer moist food mix this in using the whisk
• Roll the balls in chia seeds
• Place these on a lined baking tray and place into the oven for 10 mins
• Leave to cool before eating

• 100g peanut butter
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
• A small bowl of Chia seeds
• 35g Plain flour
