METHOD

Using your hands mix the flour, syrup, baking powder and Greek yogurt in a bowl to form a dough if your dough does not come together then add a tablespoon of water

Add the mixed seeds to the dough by folding 

Dust a worktop with flour and place your dough onto it and knead it until smooth and soft if your dough is sticky add some extra flour 

Divide your dough into four pieces and roll them into equally sized balls 

Using a rolling pin flatten the balls of dough 

Bake for 15 minutes at 200c/gas mark 6 don’t preheat your oven
